LUSC Group Sessions

Our goal with group sessions is to implement a player development program for all athletes particiapting.  It is important that the desire to win at young ages does not overcome our commitment to teaching the basic skills a player needs  as a foundation for long term success.  Our players will participate in an age and skill appropriate competitive environment. 

• 30 minute sessions for groups ages 3 to 4
• 45 minute sessions for group ages 5-8
• 1 hour sessions for group ages 9 and up
