Athlete must bring: Cleats/Water

Times: 6am -8pm available

• 45 min sessions for athletes ages 7-10
  
• 1 hr sessions for athletes ages 11-18

Must Purchase a minimum of 2 Sessions-Intense Sessions. Breaking points will be challenged.
